Coralie Miserque has been with the Corporate Affairs department since 2007. As trained lawyer, she first spent 5 years working as a legal practitioner in the energy sector. At BASE Company, she looks after matters in the area of the deployment of networks, the issue of electromagnetic waves, environmental health standards that apply to antennas, environmental permits and town planning, safety at festivals and events, the use of mobile phones, etc.
Louis Tulkens has been with the Corporate Affairs department since 2009 after spending the 5 previous years at a ministerial cabinet. He follows up on matters in the field of consumer protection and trading practices, the Internet and the opening up of the networks and the media, relations with the judiciary and privacy protection, the enforcement of intellectual property rights and e-commerce as well as taxation issues.
Luc Windmolders is Chief Legal and Corporate Officer at BASE Company since September 2014. Luc Windmolders manages the legal, corporate communication and corporate affairs department which is in charge of the contacts with the governments, the regulators, the competitors, the consumer organizations, the press and the other stakeholders.

As of December 2011, he was Chief of Cabinet of the Belgium Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Pensions. Between September 2007 and December 2011 he was Corporate Affairs Director of KPN Group Belgium. From 2000 to 2007 he was Advisor labour market policies, social security and e-government at the Belgium Prime Minister’s Office.

François Bailly is working for BASE Company since February 2015 as External Communication Manager. Previously economic journalist, he is the point of contact between the company and the media. He is responsible for maintaining relations with the press, in defining proactively the communication strategy and to broadcast BASE Company’s messages on television and over the air. François holds a master in information and communication from the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
Alix Achten joined BASE Company in April 2014 as internal communication assistant responsible for all communication matters towards employees. In December 2014 she became communication officer and is since then taking care of external communication as well. Among others responsible for the follow up of press questions.
